A smile can have lots of meanings in the workplace. For a people who’s attracted to you, your own smile’s come-hither information can show, "I’m attracted to you, too." In states like Italy, Mexico, and Nigeria, a lady who smiles at a man is seen as giving an open invitation to approach. In overseas assignments, American business ladies should be wary of the unintended effects of gratuitous grinning.
In 1999, a hybrid grin famous as the "supermarket mandatory smile" originated in the American. Safeway Stores, the second largest supermarket chain in the U.S., instructed its employees to smile and greet shoppers with straight eye contact. In 1999, an essay in USA reported that about thirteen female employees had filed complaints over the chain’s smile and eye contact policy, after lots of male buyers reportedly propositioned them for dates. Commenting on the complaints, a Safeway official said, "We don’t see it the males’ sexual overtures as a direct result of our initiative."

In the office, lady should always be aware that an innocent, lovely smile can cause unwanted notice from attracted male colleagues. Adding a coy head-tilt or lifting your shoulders submissively when you smile will make the attraction even stronger.
Since Memory plays a great character in our life and the world. Memories disconnect us from other thing, or link us to places, times, and people. A memory can stop us from making a mistake or can help to convict somebody of a crime. So we can try to forget the smile or let our memory disconnect it.
It is really a good advice, but someone may ask as the part that goes "And guys, don’t mistake a woman’s smile for an invitation for sex"? Does it always have to be the women who have to adjust their attitudes and appearances so that we don’t get the unwanted attention? If you give me eye contact and smile, then I will feel welcomed by you. What happens after that can only be determined by our actions and how we feel about each other. Every connection is as unique as the two persons uniting.
